Day Old Quail are humanely dispatched using CO2 gas and frozen. Similar to day-old cockerels, they are nutritionally superior to many foods due to their unabsorbed yolk sac, which will give your carnivore a calorie-rich training or trade-off treat. They are popular for small reptiles especially tegus, and make great treats for dogs, cats, and birds of prey.
Day Old Quail generally weigh between 8 – 10 grams and come in a variety of colors. Not processed or certified for human consumption.
